  • Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine may be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
  • This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy may result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Fees and Payments

  • Pool heating is optional. The cost for pool heat is $70.20 per day. If the home is equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year-round.
  • Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible for accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or others in your party up to $3,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful conduct, or damages caused by pets.
  • For stays over 30 nights, an electricity cap applies as detailed in your rental agreement.
